Removes the rotation metadata and instead rotates output directly

Test videos all tested for:
correct preview
correct full video playback in app(admin)
correct video clip playback in app
correct share link in mobile safari and chrome desktop

  • 25829: CCW, rotated before settling
  • 25830: CCW pre-rotated
  • 25831: CW pre-rotated
  • 25834: CW, rotated before settling
