Operation-only change (schema untouched). Collapses the Shot Lab source queries into one video-first query: recent videos regardless of stream completion, with stream recency fields so the client can hint "actively updating" without gating on it. Removes GetLiveStreams and GetRecordedStreams. Paired with the mobile PR that consumes it.
