Expose per-ball detector boxes on TableStateGQL

Keeper commit for the backend PR's gql pointer: regenerated from the
backend branch that adds identifierToBox, so this commit's schema matches
that branch's Python export exactly.

Rebased onto 81565b7 (backend master's current gql pointer), superseding
a68bb67, which sat on the older 179e8ed. It stays off gql master because
gql master is ahead of backend master by schema whose Python is still in
flight (session coach feedback, share links, BigInt file sizes); the next
routine backend pointer bump to gql master reconciles it.
