nix-darwin: don't sync codex-history on mac-demarco-mini (disk)

Browse Source 
The codex archive is ~1GB and the mac runs near full; cloning it would
break darwin rebuilds. Its codex sessions are already merged into the
repo. Keep claude-history (small) syncing there.
