* Upgrade CameraX to 1.1.0-alpha4

* Upgrade Kotlin to 1.4.32

* Suppress `UnsafeOptInUsageError` CameraSelector override

* Suppress `UnsafeOptInUsageError` for takePhoto

* Suppress `MissingPermission` for recordVideo

* Remove unreported lint suppressions
