chore: Upgrade CameraX to alpha09 (#472)
* chore: Upgrade CameraX to alpha09

* Remove custom ProGuard file

It's no longer needed, CameraX now ships one.

* Set `targetSdkVersion` to `31`

* set `compileSdkVersion` to 31

* Add `android:exported=false`
