Init ExtensionsManager and ProcessCameraProvider before checking Extension availability (#48)

* Init ExtensionsManager and ProcessCameraProvider before checking Extension availability

* Remove withSuspendablePromise

* Async init ProcessCameraProvider

* Remove that unnecessary Future caching again

* Post `update` on previewView

Fixes "previewView.display must not be null!" error
