chore: Simplify format sorting/filtering (#140)

* Simplify format sorting/filtering

* Update useCameraFormat.ts

* Also check photo HDR

* Simplify double tap

* Remove snapshot

* Remove custom `useCameraDevice` hook

* Update Podfile.lock
