feat(ad): add data to onReceiveAdEvent (#3378)

* feat(ad): add adData to onReceiveAdEvent
* fix: remove adData from response if empty
* fix: add getAdData to stub file
* chore: fix build without IMA
* fix: rename `adData` to `data`
