fix(android): seek callback with controls (#3694)

* fix(ts): onPlaybackRateChangeData was not correctly typed

* fix: ensure tracks are well displayed in the sample

* fix(android): add onSeek callback when controls are enable

* chore: remove seekTime which is useless now
