71116165bc Add getLiveTableState query and live-stream operations
- schema: getLiveTableState(videoId) returning LiveTableStateGQL
  (videoId, frameIndex, tableState)
- operations: GetLiveTableState in shot_simulation.gql, lightweight
  GetLiveStreams listing in live_streams.gql
- regenerated TS client outputs
